How to Reset Linksys E1200 Wireless N-Router

The E1200 Wireless-N Router from Linksys is a wireless router using Wireless-N technology to achieve data rates up to 300Mbps. The router includes four 10/100 Fast Ethernet LAN ports, and includes the standard WPA and WEP security features. The router is backwards compatible, allowing it to connect to devices using other wireless standards. The features of Linksys E1200 wireless N-router are-

 Following steps will help you to reset your Linksys E1200 wireless N-router with default factory setting .If you want configure linksys WRT54G then follow my blog How to configure linksys WRT54G which I have discussed in same blog.  
Step1: open a web browser on a computer connected to your network, then type 192.168.1.1 and press enter. The router prompts you for a user name and password.  

Step2: Enter the user name and password, and then click OK. The utility’s main menu opens. If you set up your router without using Cisco Connect, your router’s default password is admin. (You can leave the user name blank.)  

Step3: Click the Administration tab, and then click the Factory Defaults page.  

Step4: Click Restore Factory Defaults. A confirmation window opens.  

Step5: In confirmation window ,click the button OK.
